Assistant General Manager - Operations

Hours: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a desire to grow within a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations across all departments.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee staff training, development, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational budgets.
• Handle customer queries and maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
• Step into the General Manager role in their absence.
