Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to meet business objectives, collaborating with senior leadership.
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective execution of tasks.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current systems, identify inefficiencies, and implement new procedures for better productivity and performance.
- Budget & Finance: Manage departmental budgets, monitor financial reports, and control costs.
- Staff & Leadership: Supervise department managers, set performance expectations, and foster employee development and motivation.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain operational standards, enforce policies, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships and contracts with third-party suppliers.
- Client-Facing: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, address operational concerns, ensure service delivery meets agreed standards, and build strong professional relationships to support client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
