As the Assistant Store Manager at our Feilding Farm Source store, you’ll be involved in developing store and staff performance - leading from the front and enabling us to achieve our sales and performance targets. As an integral part of the Store you’ll use your influencing skills to work closely with the team, driving sales, providing fantastic customer service, and ensuring a high level of Health and Safety is front of mind.
We are looking for someone with sales experience with a second to none customer focus and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities all while delivering an outstanding customer experience, will ensure your success. Ideally, you’ll also have an affinity to the dairy/farming/agriculture industry, enabling you to provide accurate advice to our farmers.
Other key skills and experience include;
- People leadership or management experience either in a formal or in-formal capacity is beneficial
- Experience working in a customer service environment, delivering a high experience
- Understanding of the dairy or agricultural industry is highly beneficial
- Ability to develop and motivate your team
- Physically fit and able to lift product manually on a regular basis Ability to work on Saturday morning (9am-12pm) on a rotating roster
