Assistant Manager (Finance / Accounting)

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to support construction accounting and operational finance functions
  • Cost tracking through project life cycle
  • Assist with preparation of project and management reports
  • Variance analysis on monthly financial statements and reports
  • Review of internal controls for process improvements
  • Knowledge of local tax framework especially CA Study
  • Support monthly close processes
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Finance Degree, Chartered Accountant - ACCA, CFA, ISCA
  • At least 7 years of diversified finance/accounting/cost control experience
  • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of Macros/SQL/VBA is preferred
  • Meticulous, organized and analytical
  • Good written, oral communication and inter-personal skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
