Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of EV charging and energy infrastructure projects.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Construction
• Utility coordination
• Permitting
• Client communication

You will work closely with project managers, field teams, utilities, and clients to keep projects moving and remove bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Track permits, utility applications, and approvals
• Assist in managing subcontractors and vendor communication
• Support procurement of materials and equipment
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and reporting
• Assist with site logistics and field coordination
• Track project costs and assist with invoicing and billing
• Help prepare proposals, scopes of work, and client deliverables
• Follow up proactively to keep projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years experience in:
• Construction management, electrical, or infrastructure projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficiency in Excel and general project tracking tools
• Willingness to visit job sites as needed

Preferred (not required):

• Electrical or construction background
• Experience with EV charging, utilities, or energy projects
• Familiarity with permits, drawings, or basic electrical systems

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
