Assistant Property Manager - St Kilda Area

As an Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for conducting routines, entries and OFI's for a well oiled property management division. Join a well run team of 15+ staff and one of the best brands in the industry to work for!

Work 5 days a week, Mon-Fri - no weekends, with 1 day WFH post probation. Parking provided free on site.

JOB DUTIES:

- Conduct open for inspections / property inspections

- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc

- Provide admin/office duties as required to support the property management team

- Leasing properties as required

WHATS ON OFFER:

- 1st Year Salary of up to $60,000 - $70,000 + Super depending on experience

- 1 Day WFH/week (rare in these roles!)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Solid understanding of property management with proven experience

- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team

- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.

- Good communication skills and admin skills
