We are currently recruiting for a full-time Assistant Spa and Thermal Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our spa and thermal facilities. This role is ideal for a motivated wellness professional with strong leadership skills, operational awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. You will assist in overseeing the spa team, maintaining operational standards and ensuring the thermal experience (sauna, hot tubs, infinity pool, relaxation spaces, etc.) operates safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be a proud ambassador of the new thermal spa areas at Bellinter House Hotel & Bathhouse Spa.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

· Support the Spa Manager in the daily management of spa and thermal operations.

· Supervise and motivate spa therapists, attendants and thermal staff.

· Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered.

· Oversee the cleanliness, safety and maintenance of all spa and thermal areas.

· Manage rota scheduling, staffing levels and holiday planning.

· Assist with stock control and ordering via Procure Wizard.

· Handle guest feedback, queries and complaints professionally.

· Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and hygiene standards.

· Support revenue generation through promotions, retail sales and upselling initiatives.

· Assist in achieving financial targets and KPIs.

Requirements

· Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa, wellness and thermal suite.

· Strong understanding of thermal facilities operations.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· A passion for wellness and guest care.

· Knowledge of health & safety and spa compliance standards..

· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Schedule: 5 out of 7 days per week

Weekend availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €35,000.00 per year
