Assistant Store Manager (24 Hrs)

The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our company!
Responsible for helping to maximise sales, maximise profitability and establish efficient methods of operation. The role will include leading customer service focus by playing a hands-on role, assist the manager in leading the team, and get the opportunity to grow your skills every day.

Requirements of the Assistant Store Manager:

• People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration).
• Previous managerial experience within a sale’s focused environment.
• Customer service focused skill set.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager:

• Responsible to lead with KPI mentality, pushing strong Sales.
• Adaptable with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Covering the store when Manager is off or away.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to €15.80 per hour
