Description:
The Assistant Venue Manager role with The San Telmo Group is your chance to step up in your hospitality career with hands-on leadership experience. You'll work alongside an experienced management team, developing your ability to lead a team, drive business growth, and enhance guest experiences. You'll play a key role in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff while ensuring seamless front-of-house operations. Skills and Experiences:
Think you've got what it takes? The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management, with a strong background in front-of-house operations and team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, control costs, and manage budgets, including wages and beverage costs.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high service and food quality standards.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff, with a track record of fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
