Founded by three mates in 2013, Varsity has grown from your favourite student bar in to an entertainment hub! Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up in to the arcade and bowling sphere!

What Will You Do?

• Be a hands-on leader, clearing tables, serving drinks and jumping behind the bar to show your team how it's done.
• Mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Cultivate a fun-first culture.
• Support the Venue General Manager and Front of House Manager with ensuring your venues Front of House teams success, maintaining the right balance between financial focus and operational excellence.
• Support the Venue General Manager and Front of House Manager with managing labour costs and COG's to maximise the Front of House departments profitability.
• Champion excellence in the amusement department, running the Redemption Store, keeping up with maintenance, cleaning and encouraging customers to get involved in the fun!
• Encourage up-selling and ensure marketing promotions are being effectively managed to maximise profitability.
• Run excellent events and functions, giving our clients the best in-venue experience possible.
• Support with recruiting and selecting exceptional team members, including running trial shifts.
• Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best, the atmosphere is set, and that our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action!

What Will You Bring?

• Infectious enthusiasm and positivity
• Proven experience in hospitality leadership
• An understanding of a venues financials
• A can-do attitude, and a hands-on approach
• Valid RSA and Approved Managers card
• Willingness to be First Aid trained is essential
• Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus!
