We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Public House Venue Manager to take the reins of a busy, multi-purpose venue hotel that blends coastal charm with modern hospitality. Situated right in the heart of town, just a stone’s throw from the sea, this is a unique opportunity to manage a property that is as popular with locals as it is with tourists.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including staff management, ordering, kitchen control and all F&B
• Leading a dedicated team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences
• Driving revenue growth through events, seasonal promotions, and community engagement
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and service
• Working closely with the marketing team to promote the venue across digital and local channels

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in hotel or venue management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A hands-on attitude and a knack for problem-solving
• Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
• Experience in seaside or seasonal venues a plus!
