Step into the spotlight as our Assistant Venue Manager and drive the energy & business functions at our multi-faceted entertainment hub! From bowling lanes and arcade thrills to epic parties & events, you'll create wow moments for all guests!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and own daily operations to keep the good times rolling!
• Master rostering, COGs, and revenue tracking, particularly during peak seasons
• Coach, mentor and build a high-performing team
• Deliver unforgettable experiences, ensuring every guest feels remarkable
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager to smash goals and shape the success of the venue

Who You Are

• You must hold a valid Working with Children Clearance or be willing to obtain
• You must hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain
• You’re a natural leader with experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment venues!
• You bring energy, innovation, and drive, and inspire your team to do the same
• You’re a relationship builder, especially when it comes to corporate and social bookings
• You understand the financial side of business and are eager to grow!
• You’re passionate about making people smile and creating WOW moments.
