The Claremont Hotel has been an institution in Perth's western suburbs since 1886! after an extensive renovation in 2023, we quickly became a local favorite and it's easy to see why! With outstanding food, amazing drinks, and service with a smile, we're the go-to spot for the community.

As we gear up for another bustling year at The Claremont Hotel, we are hunting for an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our already-established team. As the Assistant Manager at The Claremont, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the seamless running of our iconic venue.

• Generous Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Super

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years of Management experience in a similar venue
• Experience working in a fast-paced Food & beverage venue
• Strong Beverage knowledge
• Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
• Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
• Hold a current Approved Managers license
