Associate Dentist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. This includes recent graduates and seasoned dentists. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be proficient in various dental procedures.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment plans.
• Develop trust with patients resulting in customer retention
• Perform a range of dental procedures, including tooth extractions, root canals, implants, crown & bridges, and prosthodontics.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Familiarity with infection control standards and practices.
• Proficiency in Open Dental or similar dental software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
