Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate Endodontist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in endodontic procedures and patient care, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This opportunity offers flexible work schedule from 2-4 days a week. The compensation is scheduled at 45% of Net Collections, with potential earnings up to $450K/yearly.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive endodontic procedures such as root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomy with precision and care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop effective treatment plans
- Utilize digital imaging techniques, including medical imaging, to diagnose and plan treatments accurately
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate patient care and treatment strategies
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance
- Assist in maintaining a sterile environment using proper infection control practices and dental fabrication techniques when necessary
- Stay current with advancements in endodontics, dental terminology, and related fields through continuing education
Qualifications
- Proven experience in endodontics with a strong understanding of root canal therapy, dental extractions, and prosthodontics
- Prior dental office or clinic experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with dental terminology and medical documentation standards
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for patient management and record keeping
- Experience working with pediatric dentistry or oral surgery is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of anatomy relevant to endodontic procedures and general dentistry practices is essential
- Demonstrated ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care
- Familiarity with infection control protocols, medical imaging techniques, and HIPAA compliance is necessary for ensuring safe practice standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $450,000.00 per year
