We’re looking for an Associate Civil Engineer to join our dedicated team in Nelson.

The role will include the following
Lead the delivery of medium-to-large scale infrastructure projects across Aotearoa and the Pacific.
Support and grow our regional teams through mentoring, coaching, and fostering a positive team culture.
Help expand our presence in Nelson, Tasman, and Marlborough through strategic initiatives.
Provide technical guidance across a range of sectors including transport, three waters, local government, airports, defence, land development, future energy, and health.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of our infrastructure business.
Mōu ake | About you
You’re a Chartered Engineer (or working towards it) with a strong track record in delivering infrastructure projects. You’re passionate about design, problem-solving, and working on meaningful projects in a multidisciplinary environment. You’ll also bring:
Technical expertise in transport, stormwater, or general civil infrastructure.
Leadership experience , with a collaborative approach to mentoring and growing teams.
Client engagement skills , with a focus on building trusted relationships.
A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Experience in areas such as walking and cycling, pavement and surfacing design, utilities, and three waters would be a bonus.
