We are looking for an Associate to join our Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Department, working specifically within the Healthcare Group.
You will have a solid and proven track record in litigation in some, or all of the following areas;
We are looking for an Associate to join our Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Department, working specifically within the Healthcare Group.
You will have a solid and proven track record in litigation in some, or all of the following areas;
- Healthcare Advisory
- Medical Negligence / Clinical Negligence
- Product Liability
- Professional Regulation
Key Responsibilities
- Acting for leading market participants, domestic and international.
- Provision of legal and commercial expertise and advising in relation to healthcare and regulatory issues arising for our clients
- Managing of personal injuries/ product liability claims arising for our clients.
- Drafting legal documents clearly and concisely, creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgement to advise and support all of our clients.
- Developing strong relationships with the firm's clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and acting in a diligent, responsible and professional manner.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-3 years PQE with strong experience in healthcare law.
- The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, strong analytical, technical and drafting skills, and high levels of commercial and business awareness.
- The candidate will be able to work independently and also as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines.
- Experience in Healthcare Advisory work, drafting detailed advices in respect of healthcare law and regulatory issues.
- Experience in advising in relation to personal injuries and/or product liability claims.
- Demonstrated Client Management Experience with public sector clients.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain high quality knowledge management resources/ precedents within professional regulation/ healthcare.
