BluChaos is seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager I to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative, user-focused software products. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of product strategies that align with organizational goals and address user needs.
• Assist in planning product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Gather insights from user feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Write clear and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that guide development teams.
• Participate in product testing to ensure releases meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Analyze product performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
• Take part in all phases of the agile software development lifecycle – from ideation to UI design, planning, prototyping, development, user testing and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, or technology. Fresh graduates with strong project leadership experience are welcome.
• Familiarity with product development processes, wireframing tools (Figma, required), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• A growth-oriented attitude with a passion for learning and delivering value to users.
• Willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong
