Associate Sales Account Executive

The Role

We are looking for dedicated sales professionals to drive the adoption of our product at Higher Ed institutions, universities, and colleges in the Philippines. If you're eager to advance your career in sales and grow with a dynamic team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Meet and exceed the assigned new business sales targets.
  • Present the product, online and in person, to researchers, teaching faculty and academic librarians.
  • Proactively build & nurture relations with clients and users through emails, calls and in person.
  • Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions based on priorities in your work.
  • Work effectively with other team members to deliver on sales targets, team projects and campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a University in the Philippines.
  • Resides in Manila, Philippines.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in business development or account management roles
  • A drive to succeed and a passion to build a career in sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online.
  • Experienced with Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and product users.
  • Self-motivated, initiative, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php1,760,265.00 - Php1,800,000.00 per year
