What the role is:
The Education & Manpower Development (E&MD) team oversees policies and programmes which aim to build a skilled arts workforce that will shape Singapore’s cultural development.
The Project Manager will work closely with Manpower Development team on administrative tasks such as collation of nominations, data input, trends and statistics collation, coordinating assessment meetings as well as award ceremony preparation such as appointment and coordination of vendors, namely for event management, design, photography, and video production.
The Project Manager will also be required to clean and maintain the Cultural Medallion (CM) Fund and Young Artist Award (YAA) Grant masterlist.

What you will be working on:
- Processing of CMYAA nominations, including preparing summaries of nominations, checking nomination materials, liaising with NAC and arts stakeholders, managing nomination related queries from the public, setting up meetings, contacting panel members, preparing materials for panellists
- Preparation for Award Ceremony in Nov 2025, including appointment of event management company and vendors, liaising with vendors, managing guestlist, collating information of recipients and guests, managing RSVP etc.
- Cleaning up of CM Fund and YAA grant masterlist including, desktop research to update information, data entry etc.
What we are looking for:
- Good Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in project or event management
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Planning, coordination and communication
- Data and numerical literacy
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Good command of written English
- Managing diverse types of vendors and organisers
- Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and a team player
- Able to work independently and deals effectively with work pressure to meet tight deadlines and is highly adaptable
- Willingness to learn
- Interest and involvement in the arts will be advantageous
