Audio Visual Technician

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will install, check, and replace various electronic equipment, including audio and visual reproduction equipment and home entertainment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Examining and testing equipment to diagnose faults, and resolving technical issues

✔ Adjusting and replacing worn and defective equipment

✔ Installing, setting up, testing operating, calibrating and adjusting equipment

✔ Providing comprehensive training for customers, ensuring they are confident in operating the equipment and preventing malfunctions

✔ Applying knowledge of electrical and electronic principles in commissioning audio visual equipment, ensuring seamless and optimal performance

Skills & Experience Required:

✅ Certificate III or IV in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electronic equipment installation, adjusting, and testing

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

✅ Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
