Auto Parts Delivery Driver

World Choice Auto Parts is an established automotive parts focused store with many years of service, sales and parts history. We have an ongoing loyal clientele in the auto industry.

We are seeking a knowledgeable Automotive Parts Delivery Driver. Knowledge of automotive car parts is required.

In addition to your automotive parts knowledge, you have superb customer service skills and are able to manage your days effectively with minimal supervision. You are organized and efficient, can communicate well and will be providing professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner.

We are looking to fill a full-time position starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Work in the warehouse to pull specific parts for orders
• Manage orders in a fast paced environment
• Verify parts being delivered based on the customer’s invoice; assist with picking items for delivery
• Maintain ongoing communication with dispatcher
• Deliver parts and pick up returns to/from customers and ensure correct parts are delivered along the delivery route

• Obtain the recipient’s signature upon delivery and maintain a log of deliveries
• Collect payment from customers
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional delivery service in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain upkeep of delivery vehicle and a good driving record
• Log all records related to the delivery vehicle
• Assist with shipping and receiving

• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Valid driver’s license
• One year related work experience in automotive parts
• A minimum of one year to six months in a delivery environment preferred
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Priority management
• Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Every Weekend
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call

• Weekends as needed
