What is this role about?
This role leads and provides strategic direction over the Accounting, Finance Operations, Treasury, Credit & Collection, Analytics, and Performance Management functions of the LPG business.
The role also serves as a key business partner to leadership by driving financial stewardship, business performance, investment decision support, risk management, and organizational effectiveness to enable sustainable growth and profitability.
This role will drive the financial health, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of the LPG business by ensuring sound financial governance, effective capital and working capital management, disciplined risk and credit oversight, and data-driven performance management. The position enables leadership to make informed decisions that enhance profitability, competitiveness, and long-term business sustainability.
What will YOU do?
Lead LPG Financial Governance, Accounting, and Reporting to ensure financial integrity, accuracy, and compliance of LPG business operations through oversight of accounting processes, financial close, statutory reporting, and management reporting frameworks.
Oversee Finance Operations, Treasury, and Cash Management to safeguard liquidity and support business growth and expansion requirements by managing cash flows, working capital, banking relationships, and finance operations.
Direct Credit, Collections, and Revenue Risk Management to balance sales growth with disciplined credit control and healthy cash conversion through credit policy governance, risk assessment, collections strategy, and receivables performance monitoring.
Lead Financial Planning, Performance Management, and Analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and achievement of business targets through budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and strategic insights.
Evaluate Capital Investments and Strategic Business Cases to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize return on investments through financial feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and support for expansion and strategic initiatives.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
What will YOU need?
CPA, at least 10 years experience in a managerial capacity
Preferably with experience with LPG operations
Hybrid schedule is 4x onsite (Ortigas office) and 1x WFH
