B2b Outside Sales Representative

Packaging Logistics is a growing full-service rigid packaging supplier serving industries including craft beverage, spirits, food, cannabis, and specialty manufacturing. We provide glass and plastic containers, closures, decoration services, warehousing, freight solutions, and supply chain support to customers across the country.

We are looking for a highly motivated Outside B2B Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and driving long-term customer growth. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying upsell opportunities
  • Plan and organize daily sales activities to maximize market coverage and customer engagement
  • Conduct sales presentations tailored to specific customer industries and packaging needs
  • Understand customer challenges and position Packaging Logistics’ solutions effectively
  • Maintain accurate activity, customer communication, and pipeline updates within Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, and suppliers to support customer success
  • Stay informed on packaging trends, market developments, and competitive activity
  • Attend vendor meetings, training sessions, and industry events as needed
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and proactively

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of outside B2B sales experience in packaging
  • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business/accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and highly motivated to succeed
  • Positive attitude and high-energy approach
  • Coachable and open to continuous learning
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Google Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Packaging industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling into beverage, food, spirits, cannabis, or manufacturing industries
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Established business relationships is a plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $48,000 – $60,000 annually
  • Commission eligibility after 90 days
  • Additional earning potential based on performance
