We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive to drive new business growth across our workplace coffee solutions.

This role is specifically suited to candidates with experience selling into office environments — including office managers, facilities managers, workplace teams, and procurement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and win new business across office-based organisations
• Engage key decision-makers (office managers, facilities, procurement)
• Book and attend client meetings and site visits
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored workplace coffee solutions
• Prepare and present competitive quotations
• Build and manage a healthy, active sales pipeline
• Conduct site surveys to support smooth installations
• Maintain strong product knowledge across our coffee and equipment range
• Deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
• Keep CRM fully updated with pipeline activity and forecasting

✅ What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Minimum 2+ years B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated experience selling into office or workplace environments
• Proven track record in new business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with good pipeline management discipline
• Self-starter comfortable working in a field sales role

Highly Desirable

• Experience in, vending, water, office services, or workplace solutions
• Experience selling equipment or service contracts
• Full, clean driving license
