Position Overview

Flanagans Artisan Bakery is seeking an experienced Baker to join our production team. The successful candidate will work in a busy commercial bakery environment producing high-quality breads and confectionery products for retail and food service customers.

Training will be provided by our Master Baker on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mixing and preparing doughs according to established recipes
  • Operating bakery machinery and ovens
  • Baking breads and confectionery products
  • Decorating and finishing products using piping bag techniques
  • Ensuring consistency and quality control of finished products
  • Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
  • Managing stock rotation and ingredient storage

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial bakery environment
  • Proven experience in mixing, baking, confectionery production and piping
  • Strong understanding of food safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills

What we offer

  • Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • On-site parking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€37,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
