Job Title: Commissary Baker / Cake Decorator

Location: Café Noelle Commissary (Sindalan, San Fernando Pampanga)
Type: Full-Time

We’re seeking a passionate Commissary Baker / Cake Decorator to join our talented team and help us continue to create the magic that our customers know and love.

Position Overview:

As our Commissary Baker / Cake Decorator, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing a wide variety of baked goods while also bringing your artistic cake-decorating skills to life. From large-scale production baking to custom-designed cakes for special occasions, this is a role where creativity and precision meet. We’re looking for someone with a love for both the science of baking and the artistry of cake design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Baking:
  • Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods in large quantities.
  • Follow Café Noelle’s recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent results every time.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
  • Handle inventory management, and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
  • Help with packaging and organizing products for daily service.
  • Cake Decorating:
  • Design and decorate custom cakes and desserts
  • Use a variety of cake decorating techniques, including buttercream, fondant, piping, edible flowers, and other creative elements.
  • Collaborate with customers to bring their cake visions to life, ensuring each cake is personalized and visually stunning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized decorating station, ensuring tools and equipment are in top condition.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Café Noelle’s kitchen team to ensure production runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to recipe development and cake design ideas.
  • Support the café team during high-volume events, especially during holidays or special orders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a baker and/or cake decorator in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Strong skills in both high-volume baking and intricate cake decoration.
  • A creative eye for design with an ability to execute intricate and detailed work.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient handling, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with breads, cakes and special occasion cakes.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Benefits:
