Moxons Country Bakers in Armidale is looking for a talented and dedicated Bakery Manager to oversee our flagship bakery operations and lead our team to success. We’re a growing business currently supporting three thriving locations, with plans to expand to 15.

What does the role involve?

• Leading a team of skilled bakers to deliver high-quality products.
• Taking full responsibility for the bakery’s cost and profit centre.
• Managing stock, placing orders, and ensuring efficient inventory control.
• Controlling wages, minimizing waste, and maintaining cost-effective operations.
• Fostering a positive team culture with strong morale and effective leadership.
• Supporting the business owners to scale operations and meet growth targets.
