Bakery Manager

We are looking for a passionate and creative Baking & Pastry Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts, maintains excellent hygiene standards, and works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef

• Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts

• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

DUTIES

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts
• Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and precision
• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
• Manage daily production schedules
• Monitor ingredient inventory and inform management of shortages
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Ensure quality control and minimize food waste
• Collaborate with team members to introduce new menu items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
