Banquet Server

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. Duties

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the preparation of food items as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
• Buss tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring cleanliness throughout the event.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs with a friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow during events.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred, particularly in banquet or catering settings.
• Culinary experience is a plus, with familiarity in food preparation and serving techniques.
• Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Experience in bussing, food service, or restaurant environments will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
