Bar Attendant At Irish Whiskey Museum

Job Description

Irish Whiskey Museum are currently seeking experienced, dynamic and passionate bar attendants to join our team. Bar attendants are responsible for preparation of alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for museum guests, customer interaction, making recommendations and providing excellent whiskey knowledge, monitoring the cash drawer at the bar and restocking as required.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Deliver great knowledge of Irish Whiskey and its history
• Ensure excellent customer service and standards are adhered and delivered to all times
• To be fully aware of all the products museum has to offer
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer at all times and be able to account for any discrepancies
• Keep bar area clean and maintained; carry out cleaning as required
• To liaise with other departments to ensure excellent customer service

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous 2+ years' bar work experience (Mixology/Cocktail making experience a must)
• Must be passionate and enthusiastic to continuous learning about Irish Whiskey
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have a high level of motivation and positive attitude
• Must have good people skills
• Must have the ability to work well in a team

Work schedule:Monday - Sunday shift work, evenings and weekends required
