Bar Manager

My client is an award winning bar and restaurant located in central Dublin. Offering very high quality food and drink to a discerning customer base with very high service standards, they are the top of Dublin's restaurant scene.

I am recruiting on their behalf for a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to help grow the brand. The successful candidate will be creative, authoring two conceptual cocktail lists annually, and an inspiring leader, demonstrating the ability to develop and train a small but highly skilled core team.

Due to the nature of the business and the entry requirements for this role I will only be able to proceed with applications from candidates that have experience in high end cocktail bars, Michelin level restaurants and 5* hotels.
