Bar Manager

10 Fleet Street Restaurant & Bar at The Morgan Hotel are seeking a passionate and creative Bar Manager to lead our iconic city centre bar within our 4-star Dublin hotel.

We’re looking for a true bar professional who lives and breathes hospitality — someone who can craft exceptional cocktails, design innovative menus, and bring energy and personality to every guest interaction. With strong mixology expertise and a proven ability to create standout cocktail concepts, you will also be a natural leader who thrives on developing talent, coaching bartenders, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

Beyond creativity, you will have a sharp commercial mindset, with strong experience in stock control, cost management, and driving revenue. Equally confident behind the bar and on the floor, you’ll combine technical excellence with warm, engaging service that creates memorable guest experiences.

A strong understanding of social media and venue promotion is essential, with the ability to build buzz, elevate the bar’s profile, and drive footfall through creative, on-brand content.
