Bar Manager

Experienced Bar Manager for a Pub premises in Dublin,

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a busy property
• Will have experience as Restaurant or Bar General Manager or an F&B Manager
• Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
• To oversee the day to day running of the food and beverage
• Implement SOP's
• Previous experience with KPI’s, stock control, costing, forecasting, beverage budgets and GP.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Training and rostering of staff
• Strong experience with back office systems

4 and half day working week

Requirements

• Must Have 3 Years Experience in Ireland
• Must be available to work nights. Must be available to work weekends. Mix of day and night shifts
• Fluent English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to €48,000.00 per year
