The Role

We're looking for a Barista who takes pride in their craft and brings genuine warmth to every shift. You'll be part of a front-of-house team that cares about doing the small things well — a clean bar, a perfectly made drink, a friendly face at the counter — and understands that those things add up to something meaningful.

You don't need to be a coffee expert to apply. We're happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you're reliable, curious, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso, drip, and specialty drinks to our quality and recipe standards
• Greet every guest warmly and deliver attentive, friendly service
• Keep the espresso station and café clean, organized, and welcoming throughout your shift
• Follow opening, closing, and daily checklists with care and accountability
• Develop your coffee knowledge — drink builds, ingredients, brewing methods, and seasonal offerings
• Support your teammates and coordinate with the Coffee Lead and Floor Lead to keep things running smoothly
• Care for equipment and report any issues promptly
• Bring a proactive attitude — if something needs doing, do it

• Previous café or food service experience is an asset, but not required
