Croissantly Bakery is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Baristas to join our growing team in Dún Laoghaire.

About the Role

We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
• Providing excellent customer service
• Taking customer orders and processing payments through our POS system
• Assisting customers with product recommendations
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the coffee and service areas
• Supporting the team with daily bakery operations when required

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for coffee
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working in a café, bakery, food service, or hospitality environment
• Confidence using POS systems and handling customer orders
• Ability to work weekend shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability and a positive attitude
