What You'll Do
As a Barista/Cashier at Fuji Bakery, you'll be at the center of our customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages with care and precision.
- Assisting customers with their orders and providing recommendations from our menu of artisan baked goods.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Supporting your team with restocking, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Experience: At least two years of retail customer service experience is required. Some barista experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Passion: A love for coffee, baked goods, and delivering exceptional service to every customer.
