Graydon Hall Manor is a boutique event venue, established to produce sophisticated receptions with an uncompromising attention to detail. Available only for special events, Graydon Hall Manor is open for corporate meetings and events, wedding receptions, and other social events for both lunch and dinner service for 50-200 guests.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar and cocktail service, along with barista skills. Experience in a similar fast-paced environment is preferred, with a strong focus on guest service, health & safety, and attention to detail. Primary responsibilities include preparing all beverages in a timely and efficient manner, setting up and tearing down temporary bars, and opening and closing procedures. You will have a deep knowledge of bar service best practices, cocktails, and wine. This is a floor-based role and will require flexibility in your schedule.

• Ensure a unique and genuine guest experience.
• Prepare a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and coffee, with speed and precision.
• Responsible for the setup and tear down of all bar areas during events.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Ensure the bar and products are ready for the next event.
• Cultivate a strong relationship with BOH team.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels.
• Assists Management as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in the Bar & Event industry
• Must be fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & oral
• Proven bartending experience with knowledge of cocktails, wine, and barista techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Smart Serve certified
• Must be willing to work with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift and carry 40+ lbs

Pay & Benefits

Pay is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Eligible for benefits after 500 hours worked annually.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
