Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, crafting delicious drinks, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage inventory levels by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register or Aloha POS system.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and promote specials effectively.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards and exceptional customer service practices.
• Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Experience with cash registers or Aloha POS systems is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
