Bartender

Bartender/Server – Hoover Country Club

Hoover Country Club is looking for a friendly, outgoing Bartender/Server to join our team! This position involves both bar service and general table service. If you enjoy getting to know guests, providing great hospitality, and working with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, following club standards.
• Run food, clear tables, and help maintain a clean and organized dining and bar area.
• Work closely with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments and member charges through the POS system.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with club events, banquets, and lounge service when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Previous serving or bartending experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to help where needed.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21 or older.
