We are seeking a bartender who understands that a great bar is built on precision, consistency, and a deep understanding of the guest experience.

As Mallard Cottage enters its next chapter, the bar will play an integral role in shaping the tone of the room. This is a position for someone who takes pride in their craft and approaches service with quiet confidence.

The Role

As Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality beverage program while supporting the overall flow of service.

You will:

• Prepare cocktails, wine, and other beverages with consistency and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
• Support servers and the dining room during service
• Contribute to the development and execution of the bar experience
• Ensure all beverages meet established standards

Who You Are

You are a skilled bartender who values craft and consistency.

You:

• Have experience in a quality-driven bar or restaurant
• Possess strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine
• Work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure
• Communicate clearly and contribute to a positive team environment
• Take pride in both the details and the overall guest experience

Compensation

• Hourly wage, commensurate with experience
• Participation in tip pool
