Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various retail tasks. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns - Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions - Provide product demonstrations and answer questions about our merchandise - Promote sales by offering additional products or services - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers Requirements: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Proficiency in using technology for sales transactions and product information - Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
