Bartender/Server

We're looking for a versatile Bartender/Server to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Bartender/Server, you'll wear multiple hats, supporting the head bartender in crafting and serving beverages while also providing excellent customer service as a waiter in our dining area

You will be deployed in our flagship restaurant in Legaspi Village, Makati City.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant and casual service industry
• Fluent with English communication (especially in communicating with customers)

What The Job Is:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Assist the head bartender in creating and serving drinks, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing beverages.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, restocking supplies and utensils as needed.
• Engage with customers, taking orders for both drinks and food and entering them accurately into the system.
• Handle cash and card transactions for beverage and food orders, providing change and receipts.
• Ensure that customers in the dining area have a seamless and enjoyable experience, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas, including arranging tables and chairs and ensuring cleanliness.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu items, including drinks and specials, to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service practices, to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for customers.
• Be responsive to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
