Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for cash handling.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on bartending techniques and food safety practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and food safety standards.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of hospitality principles and practices, including sales techniques.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $3.27 per hour
