Parknasilla Resort & Spa is currently recruiting for a full time Bartender/ Server who is highly motivated, well organised and passionate in delivering a memorable experience to all our guests.

We are currently seeking a committed, service-driven individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Bartender/Server.

Overview:

As a Bartender/Server , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service in our restaurant and lounge, working closely with the team to ensure that all aspects of service run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and have experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat all customers with courtesy and warmth, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Regularly check on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their food, drinks, and service.
• Provide menus to guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure that requests are accurately communicated to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests at their tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Assist in the preparation of beverages, both hot and cold, with attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant, lounge and bar areas at all times.

Skills & Specifications:

• Proven experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, with a positive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fully flexible with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 39 per week
