Bartender/Server

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Take drink orders and serve beverages in a timely manner
- Prepare and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Handle cash transactions and process payment accurately
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Organize Inventory on a daily basis

- Prepare and serve Appetizers and Food.

- Help customers with any and all technical issues with their computer and other golf technology

Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and bartending techniques
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating POS systems
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Understanding of food safety regulations in relation to beverage preparation

- Must be Smart Serve Certified

- Must be a Certified Food Handler

- Must be computer savvy

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
