Summary

Pour Decision a newly opened trendy bar in the heart of Cebu city where cocktails tells stories, and every sip unlocks a new adventure.

We are seeking a well-experienced Bartender who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Bar.

In this role, you will ensure exceptional service and high-quality drink delivery to all guests. you will be responsible for managing the bar inventory, ordering supplies, and creating innovative concoctions. Similarly, you will effectively practice service recovery skills and provide F&B specialist advice to guests and colleagues as required.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
• With at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
• Comprehensive expertise on alcoholic beverage and mixology
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong management and leadership capabilities
• Passion for working with people
