Right now, we’re on the hunt to fill 4 Duty Manager vacancies in our Bay of Plenty network, and we’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You have at least one year’s experience in hospitality and are confident leading a team while ensuring compliance with NZ Liquor Licensing laws. You’re no stranger to working flexible hours across a 7-day roster including weekends, and you’re passionate about creating positive customer experiences. Your day-to-day will include supervising shifts, coaching team members, managing customer interactions, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and supporting business goals like sales targets and cost control. You’ll also lead by example, helping with service, handling complaints, and ensuring smooth open and close procedures. With a competitive hourly pay range of $27 to $30 an hour for a minimum of 30 hours of work each week, this is an awesome opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills and grow your career with our amazing brand.

To excel in this role, you should have at least one years of experience in a similar position, with proven ability to delegate tasks, coach and motivate team members, and ensure high standards of customer service, compliance, and safety in a dynamic venue environment.
