We specialized in Medical Aesthetics including Laser skin treatments, Chemical peels, Laser hair removal, Skin tightening, Cosmetic Injectables, Body treatments, and Hair loss treatment. We offer the highest quality treatments at reasonable prices. Using medical-grade technology and facial analysis techniques, our team of Doctors and Therapists will create a bespoke treatment program for each and every customer. Our clinic is equipped with world class machines and products to deliver results consistently, leading to a loyal base of customers.

Primary Objective of the Role

This position is responsible for providing quality treatments and customer service to clients and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Success will be measured by:

• Customer satisfaction (measured by the Net Promoter Score ‘NPS’)
• Achieving sales and service targets

Basic Salary Range + Sales Commission + Service commission+ Product Sales Commission Pool

Salary: $3500.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Work Schedule

• 5 days per week
• Monday to Saturday (1 Off day based on schedule on weekdays)
• 10am to 8pm
• Sunday is the rest day
• Clinic is closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

This may be subject to change from time to time, depending on the operational needs of the Company or shopping mall.

Annual Leave Entitlement – 14 days per annum

Responsibilities - Key Duties

EXPERIENCED CONSULTANT/ ADVISOR/THERAPIST

Customer Service

• Treat every customer genuinely with care regarding their concerns and treatment results
• Manage and maintain client appointments and information
• Follow our mission to create tailored beauty results for every client
• Ensure all customers information are current and accurate

Treatments

• Focus on upselling and cross-selling: Promotions, Pre-payment options
• Consult with clients regarding treatments, risks, pre and post care and escalate for a second opinion if necessary
• Conduct treatments including but not limited to; LED, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Treatments, Skin Treatments, Body Treatments
• Discuss pre and post care with clients
• Current knowledge of payment and/or promotions
• Assist doctor with Laser skin treatments including, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, vaginal tightening, hair growth, superficial vascular lesion treatment, superficial pigmented lesion treatment, flushing, acne and acne scar treatments.
• Skin treatments include skin peels, signature facial treatments, BBL skin tightening, microneedling, dermal rolling, and needless skin boosters.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Aesthetic Skin qualifications highly regarded
• Qualifications in beauty industry and/or relevant tertiary studies (nursing, working towards beauty qualifications, vocational certificates) considered.
• Relevant certifications include ITEC / CIDESCO / ITEC etc.

Experience

• Minimum 2 year aesthetic clinics or beauty industry experience
• Laser, skin, and body treatment experiences highly regarded
• Successfully achieving sales targets
