Polished is a modern, vibrant beauty salon offering a wide range of high-quality treatments in a welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a strong team dynamic. We are now looking for a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Manage salon bookings, appointments, and cancellations using Phorest Salon Software
• Handle phone and online enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Process payments and upsell products and services where appropriate
• Support the team by managing the daily schedule to ensure smooth operation
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Assist with stock levels and retail display
• Liaise with stylists and therapists to ensure accurate client information and service flow
• Address customer concerns in a friendly and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a salon or spa front-of-house role is essential
• Proficiency with Phorest Salon Software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and manner
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident in promoting services and retail products
• A proactive, team-player attitude

Pay: €13.50-€15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 25 per week
